Resumo:The university-enterprise cooperation and access to international sources of knowledge and technology can no longer be ignored by the threads business, academia and government, as well as speed up the technological learning and business growth they are also able to reverse in the long run, the delay technology not only for businesses but for countries seeking development as Brazil. Given this context, the article proposes to look at how the Brazilian multinationals manage the company-university cooperation. To achieve this goal, there was a qualitative descriptive method and how we used the multiple cases in which it was investigated the Brazilian multinational Embraco, Alpha (fictitious name), Beta (fictitious name), Tigre and WEG. We used primary and secondary data that were collected, respectively, through semi-structured interviews and secondary sources of evidence. The results revealed administrative practices adopted in the management of university-enterprise cooperation, reveal how they are structured cooperation activities in the headquarters and Brazilian subsidiaries of multinational study is indicative of a general stage management of university-enterprise cooperation.
