Sumario:The goal of this study is to analyze how the "Manifesto em repúdio ao preconceito contra as mulheres brasileiras em Portugal" [Manifesto in Respect of Prejudice Against Brazilian] questions the discourse of the character "Gina”, the program" Café Central ", in the “Rádio e Televisão Portuguesa”(RTP), which depreciated the Brazilian women. Therefore, we base ourselves on the reflections of the "Estudos Pós-Coloniais" and approach thoughts that involving the construction of identity and difference. We use the bibliographic search to gather informations on the Manifesto in order to analyze the performance of motion and point some considerations about.
