| Summary: | This dissertation aimed at analyzing the extent to which vegetarianism can be considered a resistance movement in relation to anthropocentrism having as a reference the Nietzschean future philosopher's that is a doctor, a legislator, and an artist. Thus, this research has three movements: symptomatology, genealogy and typology. In symptomatology, I explore vegetarianism under the view of the medical philosopher, detecting the phenomena on which vegetarian discourses are based on. In genealogy, I explore vegetarianism under the view of the legislator philosopher, identifying the conducts that originate the phenomena and the corresponding counter-conducts. In typology, I explore vegetarianism under the philosopher artist's vision in order to think and write vegetarianism as a way of making someone's own life a work of art and an aesthetics of existence through becoming-animal. The methodology used is focused on qualitative research and bibliographic review |
