Resumo:This article aims to investigate the corrective process carried out by the digital influencer Flávia Viana after incidents to her personal public image (face). The case study was carried out based on the search for public traces detected by keywords in news, comments and third-party publications. Data were analyzed from the socio-interactional perspective of rituals carried out in everyday social experiences. The results indicate that the face work can be expanded and complexified based on the characteristics of digital environments offer specific outlines for the use of strategies and tactics related to the phases of the corrective process in favor of adjusting the personal public image of the user whose performance is threatened.
