The right to be different is inspired by human rights and multiculturalism in this focus is a stage of gradual development of the logic of human rights. Moreover, these rights are limits to the demands of multiculturalism, influencing the structuring of demands, guiding them and filtering them in line with the values ​​extracted human rights. The development of research assumed methodological positivist paradigm, inductive method of exposition and bibliographic research technique.El artículo trata de los desafíos de contenido del principio de la prevalencia de los derechos humanos aún en un plan teórico. Se lanza la siguiente pregunta: el principio de la prevalencia de los derechos humanos tropieza en los derechos de las minorías? El derecho a la diferencia es inspirado por los derechos humanos y en este foco el multiculturalismo consiste en una etapa del desarrollo gradual de la lógica de los derechos humanos. Además, esos derechos son límites a las demandas del multiculturalismo, influenciando la estructuración de las demandas, guiándolas y filtrándolas, en consonancia con los valores extraídos de los derechos humanos. El desarrollo de la investigación partió del presupuesto metodológico, paradigma positivista, método de exposición inductivo y técnica de investigación bibliográfica.O artigo trata dos desafios de conteúdo do princípio da prevalência dos direitos humanos ainda em plano teórico. Lança-se a seguinte pergunta: o princípio da prevalência dos direitos humanos esbarra nos direitos das minorias? O direito à diferença é inspirado pelos direitos humanos e neste foco o multiculturalismo consiste num estágio do desenvolvimento gradual da lógica dos direitos humanos. Além disso, esses direitos são limites às demandas do multiculturalismo, influenciando a estruturação das demandas, guiando-as e filtrando-as, em consonância com os valores extraídos dos direitos humanos.
