| Sumario: | A swelling of the abdominal watt in a 27-year-old woman after undergoing liposuction is described. Pseudocyst of Morel-Lavallee was located within the abdominal fascia and removed by surgery. MRI showed a non-homogenous mass with hyper intense fluid level and septations in T2-weighted images.
