| Resumo: | The paper presents partial results of a postdoctoral research intending to study the French model of dance teaching in schools and to investigate the relationship between pedagogical knowledge (TARDIF, 2012) and dance knowledge in that context, in order to consider other possibilities of dance teaching approaches. The study concluded that dance teaching in French schools occurs through the action of dance artists in partnership with school teachers, in projects such as Danse à l’École (Dance at School), detailed herein, supported by public policy from two Ministries (Culture and Education) for over five decades. |
