| Sumario: | This article aims to investigate how the image is important for the reflections about the absurd and the rebellion in the philosophical thought of Albert Camus. For the author, the image provides the occasion for reflection and does not separate itself from it, since the thought by images is configured as a more integral thought, operating in the intercrossing of sensory experience and philosophical reflection. Thus, it can be said that Camus suggests to the philosophy of his time to think about the human condition from the dissolution of boundaries between the philosophical text and the literary narrative, proposing to the philosopher a refusal to the mere construction of conceptual systems that ultimately separate thought and experience. For Camus, such philosophy would be configured through the image, leading to a clear reflection of human existence. |
