Descripción
Sumario:This study aimed to describe the possible positive impacts to the innovation processes of an agribusiness company, from the application of creativity techniques unknown by the study group. For this, an applied, bibliographic and descriptive research was carried out, whose data were raised from open and closed questions, which characterized the approach of this study as mixed. From this, it was possible to verify the preliminary perception of the group on the theme of creativity, to present the concept of creativity and its relationship with innovation to the group, and finally, to identify and describe the creativity techniques totally unknown by the study participants, which totaled six out of thirty creativity techniques presented to the group. Still, the study demonstrated the importance of the role of management and employees in the creative and innovative processes of organizations, since the techniques are not able to generate such benefits without the commitment and effort of all involved.
