Sumario:The article discusses the concept of natural health of the human soul in relation to God and the like according to the old monasticism. It specifically adresses the passion of resentment and anger as a disease of the soul and the path to forgiveness and to recovery of freedom by Love, according to the thinking of ancient monks, especially in the Philokalia. It also addresses forgiveness as victory over filautia and lists some clues to the path of human and spiritual growth on the theme.
