| Sumario: | This experience report aims to present the relevance of the SWOT analysis at EEMTI Huet Arruda, pointing out the characteristics and differential of this matrix within the school routine, which, in turn, involves segments such as: school professionals, parents and students with actions related to education and participative management, with the projects developed as a study parameter. The methodology used in this study was through bibliographical research, using articles, websites, books and various documents, information about the application of the SWOT analysis in a state school in Ceará was also observed. From the analysis of the data obtained, the importance of using this matrix as a support tool for school management was verified, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the routine functioning of the school institution, from the internal point of view, where the strong points will be identified. , weak and external to the studied environment, identifying the threats and opportunities serving for a strategic planning of the institution. |
