Descripción
Sumario:During the Covid-19 pandemic, it was necessary to rethink teacher training as a promoter and dynamizer of the multiple teaching and learning relationships required in the educational context. The objective of the article was to analyze the teacher training paths in educational institutions in Aracaju during the pandemic period, as well as the return to face-to-face activities. Bringing teachers closer together during this period makes it possible to understand needs and build strategies for qualifying teacher training. The method was descriptive-qualitative, and data was obtained through online questionnaires and video interviews, treated and considered according to Bardin's content analysis (2016). This training was evidenced as a tool to recognize contextual demands and build effective actions for educational continuity.
