| Resumo: | This article focuses on the discussion of the narrative of the nation linked to Contemporary Angolan history, mediated by the relationship between literature and history through the narrative of the nation, and the social issues addressed in Pepetela's works 'The Generation of Utopia' and 'The Glorious Family and the Time of the Flemings'. However, without tracing the historical trajectory of Angolan nationalism, our purpose at this moment is to offer some considerations about the nation-building project outlined by Pepetela. |
