What Oedipus knows about the man he killed at a crossroads
In this paper I try to demonstrate that in Sophocles’ Oedipus Tyrannus the central question – the parricide – is not definitely settled: from an epistemological point of view, it is not possible to assert that Oedipus killed Laius.
