| Resumo: | In the environment of the Information Society, journalism is more “supervised” and, in such a scenario, needs to redouble commitments that have made it vital for the information and knowledge about the social surroundings in immediately, massive and planetary ways, in ever shorter periods. With this perspective, this article focuses on some scenarios for journalism in the 21st century, without worship absolutes certainties. Thus, it is about the professional activity within the IS – for some also an Information and Knowledge Society (IKS) – and within a scenario populated by simultaneous media concentration and diversity, technological convergence and the new cyber journalism environment. |
