| Sumario: | One of the main challenges to be overcome by the small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been the need to become more flexible and adaptable to the business environment, forcing those organisations to search for more appropriate mechanisms to define strategies, as well as the establishment of more efficient and effective working and management processes. There is then the need for those enterprises to learn and adequately apply the management and innovation technology process, which could be considered as decisive measure for the generation of improvements in their operations and effectively contribute to meet the objectives established in the adopted strategy. This paper has the objective of making evident the fact that an adequate process of technology innovation management focusing its propagation, which involve communication and persuasion mechanism, which, on its turn, contributes for the creation of innovative culture among the SMEs and make those companies acquire the necessary conditions for survival and development and the consequently acquiring competitive advantages. |
