Resumo:Crises can bring changes to societies and can impact on several aspects, such as the global, economic and health crises, which have had adverse consequences for the whole of society. In a recent context is the crisis caused by the Covid-19, causing damage in several areas, mainly in relation to the population health, which still requires further investigation and analysis. Thus, this study aims to demonstrate the hybrid character of Covid-19 in relation to the greatest crises that humanity has gone through, to understand the particularities of the current context. The methodological procedures used were exploratory study, indirect data processing technique and bibliographic survey. From that, it can be concluded that the crisis caused by Covid-19 has several aspects, being an association of global, economic and health crises, having a hybrid character, were it is possible to better observe its effects in a more appropriate way, in addition to contributing to the adoption of more effective measures.
