| Sumario: | This article seeks to clarify the way that the unregulated use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)may harm the population’s personality rights. To that end, there were used authors that workwith civil law. At first, it was possible the explain and conceptualize what are theseguarenteed rights to all human beings. Secondly, it was presented, using aconceptual historical analysis, the source of the Artificial Intelligence’s creation, so as theway it is used on the Digital Era and its importance. In conclusion, the last chapters criticizethe necessity of always observing the personality rights, mainly the privacy rights, during thecreation of legal rules that regulate the operation of AI and the exponential growth of AI’s useduring pandemic caused by Covid-19. It was used as examples and suggestions,recommendations created by other countries about the population’s protection when facingthe technological innovations, and the sanctions for the improper use of it. For example, theimplementation of legal personality on Artificial Intelligences, which was discussed on aspecific topic of this article, always bringing up the benefits and damaging of everything thatis mentioned. |
