| Sumario: | In this work, we resize theoretical discussions about the expression of the past in Spanish in the pedagogical framework of foreign languages. Considering the complexity in the teaching of present perfect in Spanish to Brazilian students, we present the design of a didactic proposal for the treatment of this phenomenon from two literary short stories – authentic texts which illustrate the language in use and diatopical variation. With the goal of defending the teaching of Spanish from the perspective of linguistic variation, promoting the appraisal and respect to the several Spanish varieties, in this study is based on the basic postulates of sociolinguistics with the special interest of its contribution to the didactic of languages. |
