| Sumario: | This article, based on Marx's Social Theory and on the Brazilian Marxist social thought, aims to analyze the precariousness, the overexploitation of the workforce and the mystification of precariousness with the expropriation of rights. Thus, it highlights the particularities of Brazilian dependent capitalism and the marks of colonial slavery with the apprehension of the meaning of the expropriation of labor and the export of economic surplus. It highlights the current ultraneoliberal period enhanced by the government of Jair Bolsonaro, with the reinforcement of the culture of “entrepreneurship” via the “prosperity theology”, increasing the setbacks of labor rights. |
