| Sumario: | The challenges faced by nursing teams have been accentuated during the covid-19 pandemic, resulting in the need for professionals personal care. Therefore, we sought to understand how resources based on the "Rhythms of Life" can contribute to facing the challenges experienced by nurses who worked with patients with covid-19 and post-covid syndrome. A qualitative intervention research guided by social constructionism was carried out in a 24-hour Emergency Care Unit (UPA) based in Minas Gerais. The "Rhythms of Life" were proposed in two workshops, in remote format, in which four nurses participated. The meetings allowed the retrieval of personal experiences, reports on the performance in the Covid-19 pandemic, exchange of background, the externalization of abilities, and ways to overcome the challenges experienced. Demonstrating that the "Rhythms of Life" can be an effective resource for the care of health professionals. |
