Sumario:Aim: Walking for 8 weeks at 70 % of the initial effort to evaluate the body changes with sedentary use of ALA. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted with two sample of both genders, medium measures 87.1 kg, height 175 m, BMI 29.69, 31.5 % GC, and using ALA dose of 250mg and 300mg woman man effort was evaluated by Borg table, FC Polar FT1, anthropometry Diet Pro 5i, maintained food consumption. Results: The samples obtained significant reduction at the end of 8 weeks of treadmill walking at a reduction of 3.2 and 3.5 % body fat and an average reduction of 9.7 kg. Discussion: Studies in the literature that demonstrate the positive effect of physical activity on the reduction of adipose tissue. The ALA, presenting a good appearance in the realization of the activity of walking, driving a positive result in the stimulation, because the high power detoxifier. People who practice some form of physical activity generally enjoy life more. Conclusion: The study showed a positive balance as weight reduction and body fat%, and supplement use as a motivator of performance and continuationof exercise.
