| Sumario: | This article discusses the uberized work model, which can be understood as a new way of organizing and managing work, through a digital platform or application that mediates between the end customer and the worker who provides the servisse. It aims to characterize uberized work by analyzing its relationships and working conditions that impact the well-being of this working class. For this, a Structured Bibliographic Review was used in the Scielo, Google Scholar and Capes Periodicals databases, resulting in 23 articles selected to compose the bibliographic portfolio. As a result, the characterization of the uberized work model according to the generic model of Guérin et al. (2001). 16 indicators of precarious working conditions in this type of activity were also identified, such as the absence of guarantees and labor rights provided for by law and long working hours. These problems were classified according to the survey of influencing factors for workload, by Guimarães and Barllandin (2007) applied in Pereira (2018). Finally, it was possible to understand the uberized work model and make evident which aspects indicate the precariousness of working conditions and, also, make recommendations for future works. |
