The article aims to discuss the way in which the transaction costs interferes with the resolution of conflicts to the Theory of Social Cost of Ronald Coase, and the contribution of the economy to build an efficient system, with a focus on relationships business and economic development tool. Focuses on demonstrating that the role of law is to encourage behaviors of cooperation can reduce transaction costs and enable a more efficient solution and must, therefore, create strong institutions that offer the certainty of compliance and create a reliable scenario necessary for the efficient development of business relations.
