| Sumario: | This article examines in the chronicles of António Lobo Antunes some observations that the writer makes about his own writing and the critical reception of his works. In this sense, these chronicles work as parallel notes to his process of novelistic creation. In them, we can still observe the experimental exercise of writing found in his novels, in addition to the imagery construction that the writer makes use of in his literary construction. With this, the chronicles seem to function as a space for reflection of a poetics of their own, vigorously pursued by the writer in his creative process. |
