| Sumario: | The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationships between critical success factors and their influence on project performance. To achieve this objective were used data collected by a survey that resulted in 216 valid observations. The research is characterized by a quantitative approach with a mixed descriptive and explanatory character, using a non-probabilistic sampling and logistic regression as statistical technique for analysis. The results show that effective communication, empowerment, change management, requirements management, preparation for risk and support from senior management increase the likelihood of achieving project success. |
