| Sumario: | The present article privileging the football practiced in Goiás will analyze the symbolism present in the choice and adoption of colors alvinegras, the cock as mascot and composition of the anthem of Goiânia Esporte Clube (GEC). Club founded by the years of the 1930s was a team that throughout its first decades was considered by its 14 titles and by its prestige before the state government an important propagating vehicle of the Goiano football. Cradle of great idols and of several stories, the Carijó Rooster on account of his insignificant participation in the state championships has witnessed the collapse of his stories and memories. Faced with this perception this article aims to highlight first part of the history of the club and clarify the objects that name the article. |
