Descripción
Sumario:This article presents an excerpt from an ongoing master's dissertation in the Graduate Program in Mathematics Education at the Federal University of Ouro Preto. The study was conducted with two Mathematics teachers who work in Integrated Technical courses at a campus of a Federal Institute in Minas Gerais. It brings fragments of the formative journey implemented with the participating teachers through the combined use of the Lesson Study methodology and the theoretical approach of Didactic Suitability Criteria, proposed by Juan Godino and colleagues. Data were produced from the teachers' records and the audio and video transcription of the meetings held between the researcher and participating teachers. The results point to the necessity and relevance of providing active Mathematics teachers, through a space for continued education, with theoretical devices that can contribute to the development of reflective competencies about their own practice.
