Sin embargo, las nuevas maravillas tecnológicas vienen abajo por lo que la gente, no darle la oportunidad de expresarse en relación con lo que está en su interés, tales como cuestionar el impacto que un nuevo producto tendrá en su vida. Debate está el papel que la enseñanza de las ciencias, a través del movimiento de Ciencia, Tecnología y Sociedad (CTS) y el proceso de Divulgación Científica (CC) son la formación de un ciudadano más consciente y que participen en las decisiones estratégicas y sus caracterización como un movimiento social y popular.A Ciência e a Tecnologia (C&T) influenciam de forma vital as práticas do cotidiano. Entretanto, as novas maravilhas tecnológicas chegam a população de forma imposta, não dando a esta a oportunidade de se manifestar com relação ao que é do seu interesse, como questionar o impacto que um novo produto terá em sua vida.
