| Sumario: | The circulation of young architects became an important vector on the expansion of new ideas in Brazil mid XX Century, what improved the sprouting of important modern architecture buildings. Since 1960 Curitiba, capital of Parana, was also “permeated” by architects coming from other regions; prominence to a group of architects graduated at Mackenzie University in São Paulo, who recognized an unique opportunity and intended there a professional and intellectual recognition, mainly through a frequent participation in architectural competitions. Luiz Forte Netto, José Maria Gandolfi e Roberto Luis Gandolfi had an important role in the architectural scene in Paraná which is consolidated in Curitiba in 1962. This research aims to analyze their architecture and intends to show how this architects and their work helped on the development of Brazilian modern architecture by that moment. |
