| Sumario: | The contemporary city is a constant object of interdisciplinary studies and reflections at both academic and informal environments concerning the phenomenon of the decay of the urban centers. Goiânia saw this process move quickly and devastatingly, as it was a planned and new city in relation to other capitals, its center rapidly declined. The resistance spots leverage a remnant movement in the region through “clandestine uses”, in which places a possible gender logic is identifiable in it's and are highlighted. The focus of the following sections is on the theoretical formulation of the title term: Queer Territoriality, reporting its fundamental aspects for the understanding of what today presents characteristics of a territorial occupation in the center of Goiânia, focusing on the brief analysis of one of these territories: the Cine Astor, through a gender sensitive view, emphasizing the role of urbanism in production and control of abject bodies. |
