| Sumario: | Pixação in Brazil is a form of urban visual expression. It makes use of monochrome letters in unauthorized locations to cause visual impact. When prepared by gangs or individuals who organize socially happens to be called pixação with "x". The mode experienced by social groups of young people in São Paulo produces a style letter that is known as pixo or straight tag, something endemic to São Paulo. The Adrenalina digital font is a project started in 2003 and completed in 2014. The project was created from a street culture and seeks to preserve the design characteristics of this phenomenon, tools and materials used. The purpose of this article is to show the method of creation of digital font Adrenalina and its development as a product. |
