Sumario:In its most varied tendencies, the psychology, specially the social psychology, discusses what is traditionally called "identities". In this article, we intend to discuss some positions towards this subject, in order to show that the concept of identity refers to the notion of identical. So, when we use this term we take a position towards a way of conceiving the human being that we inherited from the Iluminism. We are searching for another position, having as reference authors such as Foucault, Deleuze, Figueiredo, Rose who perceive the human being in a constant and creative instability, articulated in discursive nets that they make possible to the experience of one itself and the diversity of devir.
