Descrição
Resumo:In this work we present an experimental set of physical optics and seek to approach this concept in an accessible way to primary schools classes. The items involved in the kit are (i) two multiple slit grids (N-slits) produced with cuttings from CDs and DVDs, (ii) octagonal-shaped polarizers made from films found on monitors and television screens and (iii) plates with different types of apertures used in diffraction experiments, all materials involved can be handled in formal and informal environments. Our proposal consists in physics experimental practices with classes that are more interesting for the students. For this reason, we opted for an educational method known as ISLE - Investigative Science Learning Environment, to this active methodology we allied constructivist concepts. Exposing the students to the contents of the nature of light in a way to develop the learning of the laws of physical optics through the insertion of the scientific method.
