| Sumario: | This study aimed to investigate the effect of conducting an executive function training with elderly people without cognitive deficits and without indicative of depression. For this, on an exploratory basis, we used cognitive training exercises and focus group with 11 participants, ranging in age from 62 to 81 years. The results showed improvement in the performance of daily functions, important for healthy aging. |
