Descripción
Sumario:With almost a hundred years within the Brazilian public debate, Integralism went through several stages and cycles, changing internally according to its time. Taking the book by Gonçalves and Neto, O fascismo em camisas verdes, as theoretical framework, the purpose of this work is to produce a content analysis on one of Plínio Salgado's speeches, specifically the one in the Chamber of Deputies in 1961. before Jânio Quadros resigned, Salgado opposed the proposal to resume foreign relations with the Soviet Union. Taking as an object a little analyzed material from the later phases of Integralism, it is possible to think about the changes and permanences of this movement, particularly after 1945, understanding its main arguments, at least in the discursive plane.
