Resumo:The emergence of the Pandemic of the new coronavirus occurred suddenly and surprised everyone with the closure of borders, commercial activities and widespread closure of all activities in educational institutions indefinitely. This scenario highlights the emerging need for the insertion of technological tools in education more effectively, so that teaching is ensured and the interaction between teachers and students can be effective. Thus, this article reflects the non-face-to-face education implemented in a compulsory way and identifies technological resources that can enable informational access and interaction between students, teachers and tutors in the educational context of pandemia. To meet this claim, a bibliographic and documentary research was undertakenI. It was found that non-face-to-face activities can be enhanced with the use of strategic resources of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), in order to ensure dialogue between the subjects of education and effective access to information resources, indispensable for the course of learning. On the other hand, this exceptional transposition can contribute to the increasing extent of social inequalities, especially those people who are already in a situation of social vulnerability.
