Descripción
Sumario:The text is about USA foreign policy changes towards China in the 70’s. The policy of “containment and isolation” towards Asian country is replaced for another that find to blend “containment no isolation” with “pressure and persuasion” to engagement of the China to international community. That is, USA and China needed to overcome the domestic opposition to reestablishment of the bilateral relations. We try to demonstrate that the American change was convenient not only for the USA, but especially at the China.
