| Sumario: | This article aimed to diagnose the environmental perception of the residents in the Goitacazes, Jardim Carioca, Jardim Flamboyant I and Parque Avenida Pelinca neighborhoods on green areas, located in the city of Campos dos Goytacazes, state of Rio de Janeiro. Semi-structured forms have been applied to twenty residents at random in each of the four neighborhoods, totaling eighty interviews. The results showed that most respondents rate their neighborhoods with few green areas. However, they recognize the importance of these areas for urban environmental quality. |
