| Resumo: | With the constant technological innovations, the amount of electronic equipment available to facilitate the users' routine is increasing. However, this growth also directly reflects the increase in electricity consumption. In this scenario, the present work aims to describe an experience report on the development of an application to assist in the control of residential electricity consumption. As a result, the application allows to predict the consumption of electricity by equipment, user and period. It is hoped that this work can contribute to the construction and incentive of computerized systems with a focus on energy sustainability, based on strategies such as the comparison of consumption between users and the use of feedbacks to raise awareness and reduce electricity consumption. |
