| Sumario: | Understanding and defining what time is is a challenge that reaches broad areas of human knowledge, and can be conceived in two dimensions: quantitative and qualitative. And because of the speed of performance of the judicial function of the judiciary crisis, in Constitutional Amendment No. 45/2004 insert the principle of reasonable duration of the procedure in Article 5, item LXXVIII 1988 at the Federal Constitution. In this scenario, the Electronic Processjustice in the scope of Labor Justice establishes itself as a new paradigm of access to justice. The computerization of the judicial process has advantages in terms of procedural economy and speed, the safety of the acts practiced, and sustainability. Such process computerization, however, needs to safeguard and implement the already recognized fundamental principles and procedural guarantees. In this article, from the deductive method, it examines how the computerization of the work process, which led to changes in the form of visualization, processing and execution of procedural acts, modified access to labor justice, ensuring the processing in a reasonable duration. |
