| Sumario: | This article analyzes experiences from the Specialization Course in Management of Innovation in Biodiversity Medicines, from Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, from the foundations of Critical Education. It starts with theoretical contextualization; below, challenges and problems in practice are presented, based on the contributions of Marx and Freire. Educational practices related to Critical Education stand out, considering the emphasis on socioeconomic contexts and the democratic sharing of knowledge built during the course. A pedagogical proposal was sought that considered the practices and experiences of students and educators for a fruitful exchange that would lead Education to new paths in order to contribute to the appreciation of knowledge and social inclusion. The experience report presents the experiences shared between educators and students with the inclusion of polyculturalism and different ethnographies. In final considerations, the results of the field work carried out by the students are presented through the development of pedagogical projects focused on trans disciplinarity and on the dynamics from which reports of experiences and exchanges of learning arise. |
