Sumario:This article takes a relative approach to the effective importance of consultancy in the field of Human Resources, which within this perspective has played an essential role in areas related to administration. This study excelled in highlighting the opportunities arising from the adoption of the CIRH (Internal Human Resources Consultancy) model, thus involving analysis in companies regarding its implementation, as well as the process developed there, concepts, objectives, needs for the implementation to occur. effective implementation, in addition to discussing the profile of the Internal HR Consultant as well as their skills and competencies. The research is qualitative and bibliographic in nature. The results demonstrate that the consultant's role is essential to detect problems, implement methods in terms of training and development of people, as well as evaluating results to reach a high level of efficiency in organizational terms.
