| Sumario: | Because of public health emergency declared as a global pandemic by the WHO in 2020, which still persists in the current scenario of 2022, the birth and development of research and studies in the most diverse scientific disciplines was essential. Understanding how the relationship between organizational support and social capital is has become healthy in the face of constant organizational changes that operate with a view to organizational development through the subjects that compose it and the relationships that are manifested, including influencing the achievement of objectives in corporations. This article aimed to evaluate the relationship between organizational support and social capital in workers in the context of social isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic. About the research instruments, the Perception of Organizational Support Scale (EPSO) and the Social Capital Scale were used for the national context, in workers from different organizations. According to the results, the measurement scales on organizational support and social capital were consistent, thus guaranteeing the quality of the construct; having then confirmed the main objective of the dissertation, which hypothesized the positive relationship between both constructs, as well as, in the evaluation of the variation of the average scores, the higher the score in the organizational support construct, the higher the score at the top share capital. |
