Sumario:The theme of this article is quality management consulting service for telecommunication companies. The following problem was investigated: "A telecommunications company that has not hired a consultancy for its services can still perform its activities in full quality, given the benefits of using the tools used in the consultancy?". The following hypothesis was considered "a restructuring of the organization or just the search for a positive advance in the internal or external procedures of the company, with its products or services that are offered to its target audience". The overall goal is to "point out the benefits a telecommunication company will have by hiring the service of a consultant." The specific objectives are: "To unveil how consulting for telecommunication companies works, with relevant concepts"; "Explain different ways in which consultancies could be made, analogous to Brainstorming"; "Point out global and intrinsic benefits to the telecommunication company from consulting results"; "Provide instructions for the maintenance and upkeep of the consultancy service". This work is important from an individual perspective because it is one of several instruments that can contribute to the development of telecommunications, as well as improving the direct relationship with the consumer public of this type of service; for science, it is relevant because it mobilizes greater attention to this service sector, in order to have more studies for the improvement of telecommunication, given the problems posed in it; It adds to society because it is the consumer of telecommunication services, so it will have direct benefits in this type of service. This is a theoretical qualitative research lasting six months.
