Sumario:The cases of rape in Brazil are ancient and recurrent and the social speeches that involve them keep being troubling, since turn, still and nowadays, to culpability of the women (victim) of rape. The objective of this work to discuss the generator mechanisms or the facts that give fundament to the discourses of women victim of rape culpability. For so, as a theoretical support we utilize here the conceptions of power, discipline and control of Foucault (2004, 2014), admitting the feminist studies and culture through the contributions of Perrot (2007), Louro (1997), Tavares (2012). The research´s corpus is composed of 10 (ten) comments elicited by internet people on the site g1.globo.com about an article relating a collective rape suffered by a woman, in the suburb region of Rio de Janeiro.
