Descripción
Sumario:The paper reports an analysis about discursive formulation operated in scientific discourse to produce journalistic discourse. By the application of scientific discourse categories, such as scientific jargon, precision/accuracy, neutrality/removal and sources it was possible to point how the selected corpus of thirteen news about health of a popular newspaper is characterized. Categories were related to discursive strategies as enunciation, referentiality and thematization to verify if they produce credibility effects (information target) or dramatization effects (captation target). Results are that the popular newspaper uses melodramatic matrix and jargon simplification as strategy of captation and seduction of their readers.
