| Resumo: | The simultaneous publication of Paul Ricœur's book, Lectures on Imagination (2024), and its French translation, L’imagination (2024), is a significant event in the philosophical investigation of the theme of imagination. The aim of this paper is to present Ricœur's interests in the theme of imagination in L’imagination; analyze key points of the book and understand the trajectory of Ricœur's text using also as reference the introduction of the American edition and the article from the French edition; present the relevance of L’imagination to the conception of imagination that Ricœur proposed in the 1970s. |
