Resumo:Having as a time frame the Brazil of the Provisional Government of 1930 to the National Liberating Insurrection of 1935, this article seeks to situate the insertion of communists in the labor and trade union movement and in broader movements, as well as proletarian participation in the governing bodies of the party, bases on documentation from the Third Communist International and the archives of Brazilian repression, respectively researched by the authors in the collections of the Edgar Leuenroth Archive (AEL) of UNICAMP ant the Public Archive of the State of Rio de Janeiro (APERJ), among Other sources, in dialogue with part of historiography.
