| Sumario: | The Municipal Councils for the Promotion of RacialEquality are true channels of dialogue between society and theState, strengthening dialogue, for political decision-making,thus generating a more responsive return to social needs. In thissense, the practices of Deliberative Democracy are revealedwhen the Municipal Councils are created, promoting popularparticipation. Thus, the article in question seeks to analyze the emergence of the Municipal Councils for the Promotion of RacialEquality as a space for political participation, analyzing the theoriesof Deliberative Democracy as a condition for the creation of theMunicipal Councils for the Promotion of Racial Equality. For itsconstruction, the research is based on the deductive method, throughbibliographic study. |
